Funky Junk offers the best UK prices on the ATC SCM25A Pro and usually carry pairs in stock. They are on demo in our acoustically design monitor demonstration room so please call us to make an appointment.

We were the first to review these when they came out and our SNAP! Studios was, I believe, the first facility to take delivery. We love them, our clients love them and our bank manager loves them. So do half a dozen more clients every month.

Our only problem is getting hold of enough pairs so we order months in advance and usually have pairs of the ATC SCM25A Pro in stock.

The ATC SCM25A Pro is a compact 3-way active ported studio reference monitor, with an integrated 235w class a b 3-way amplifier, well suited for smaller studios

The first compact 3-way in the range, the SCM25A Pro had a tough brief to live up to - big enough to sound like its larger ATC brothers, but small enough for nearfield and outdoor broadcast work. Hence the compact 3-way design.

Using the renowned ATC 75mm soft-dome driver for the mids, a hand-built 7" paper-cone driver for the bass end and a 25mm soft-dome tweeter were obviously steps in the right direction. To make the ATC SCM25A Pro active meant installing a 235W Class A/B to power it all along effortlessly and give you the exemplary performance that you expect from ATC.

Having been making speakers for several decades ATC have always moved with the times, delivering quality audio wherever it is required. After supplying the best PA speakers for the world's biggest acts in the early days of the Acoustic Transducer Company, ATC Loudspeakers moved into amp production and reference monitors - it is this restless commitment to perfection that made it decide to create its first compact 3-way studio monitor and offer it to you, the ATC SCM25A Pro.

Secondly, on a completely different track, I thought I should reiterate how fabulous I think the ATC SCM25A Pro monitors are, that I purchased from you a while back. So much so that I try to extol their virtues everywhere I work.

I’ve recently (for the first time) been working at Sky TV Studios in Osterley, where they're currently using a 5.1 set up in their mid-size control rooms.

I mentioned the accuracy, especially the midrange detail of the ATC SCM25A Pro monitors to one their Guarantee Engineers, so I’m rather hoping that they might well be in touch with you in the near future.
